An educated kid is carrying skills, information & self-confidence needed to lift themselves out of poverty & to become a better parent, professional & a better citizen later in life.

In the Himalayan Villages, children are easily demotivated & distracted from education due to lack of information related to future professions, hard work for reaching schools/colleges far away, lack of resources, etc.

An experienced mountaineer & trek/trip leader is one of our team’s core members, she is keen to build a team of professional women mountaineers.

In the Himalayan villages, women are living in the harsh conditions of mountain life. It’s just that they have very never tried working outside the house, which results in low self-confidence for becoming financially independent. So they always considered themselves for the household & farm-related work.

Our goal is to encourage such girls who are interested in joining this profession & provide them a better lifestyle.

Also, women trek leads & mountaineers are rare in India because most women in India consider trekking as a hobby, not as a profession. This initiative will break this myth too that women can’t lead in the mountains.
